Scale-out File Serving is software built on IBM's cluster file system GPFS.
It provides a gateway solution that broadens the range of environments that can benefit from
storage consolidation and advanced data management.
Scale-out File Serving provides a single interface for configuration and control and for seamless
integration with a cluster file system. In addition, it includes these features:
