Perspective for Design in the Near Future Richard Sapper Industrial Designer Kunstakademie, Stuttgart sapper@sente.it BIOGRAPHY Mr. Sapper’s industrial design work has won international recognition and awards throughout his career. More than fifteen pieces of Richard Sapper’s work is owned by the Museum of Modern Art. Richard works both as an independent designer and a design consultant. His industrial clients have included the likes of Artemide, Castelli, Comforto, IBM, Knoll International, Alessi, Fiat, Perelli and BMW. He holds various university positions and is currently a Resident Professor at Kunstakademie in Stuttgart.
