Tiina Tanninen-Ahonen
National Technology Agency, Finland

Biography
Tiina Tanninen-Ahonen, Chief Technology Adviser, TEKES, the National Technology Agency. Tiina Tanninen-Ahonen . is responsible for the area of knowledge intensive services and service innovations in Tekes. The role of services and service innovation have a growing important role in the Finnish economy as well as in the vision and technology strategy of Tekes. Tiina is also an other coordinator beside Australia of the three year OECD KISA ( Knowledge Intensive Service Activity) project.

Tiina has been in charge of the Rembrand real estate management technology programme at Tekes years 2000 - 2003 Her other fields of specialisation include, construction technology and building processes, public-private partnerships, as well as developing service processes for the industry in Finland. She has previously worked for the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries. She holds a Masters Degree in Engineering.

Addition information: Tekes, the National Technology Agency is the main public financing organisation for research and development in Finland.
