For those arriving at the San Jose airport (SJC), the Holiday Inn provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel. Request pickup once you arrive in San Jose by calling 408-972-7800. For those arriving at the San Francisco airport (SFO), airport shuttle service can be arranged by calling South and East Bay Shuttle Service (408-225-4444). Shuttle reservations can be made in advance.

Out-of-town conference participants and speakers must reserve their hotel rooms with a personal credit card by calling the hotel at 408-972-7800. To receive the conference rate of $89.00 per night, please reference the Group Name "Service Innovation for the 21st Century " There are a limited number of rooms and lodging can be difficult to obtain in the Silicon Valley, so please make your reservations early.
