Cel Animation (Dough Boy)
As the computer rapidly sequences these eight
images ("cels"), you have the illusion that this dough
boy is running in the screen.
Wireframe Animation
"Dozo"
The first step is to enter (Image 1) into the
computer (Image 2) the wireframe corresponding to the body we
want to represent.
    
The second step is to fill the polygons defined
by the wireframe with photo-realistic texture, as in the examples
presented below.
    
The third step: the computer moves these bodies
by moving the nodes of the wireframe corresponding to real human
movements.
