I have been a Research Staff Member in IBM Research since 1979, and am currently the manager of the Human Interface Research group in Computer Science at the IBM Research - Almaden. We are an experimental group, exploring and testing new paradigms for using computers. We are dedicated to understanding physical, cognitive, graphical and interpersonal needs of users of information technology.
