For those arriving at the San Jose airport (SJC), the Holiday Inn provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel. Request pickup once you arrive in San Jose by calling 408-972-7800. For those arriving at the San Francisco airport (SFO), airport shuttle service can be arranged by calling South and East Bay Shuttle Service (408-225-4444). Shuttle reservations can be made in advance.

Out-of-town conference participants and speakers must reserve their hotel rooms with a personal credit card by calling the hotel at 408-972-7800. To receive the conference rate of $89.00 per night, please reference the Group Name "IBM 2004 Almaden Institute." There are a limited number of rooms and lodging can be difficult to obtain in the Silicon Valley, so please make your reservations early. The block of rooms for the Almaden Institute will be released to the public on March 10, 2004.

Holiday Inn - Silicon Valley hotel guests will NOT need an automobile during the conference. All meals will be provided at the Almaden Research Center during the Institute.
