Instances of Self Management in Internet Services
|
Abstract:
Cable & Wireless provides an industry leading suite of business infrastructure
services. I will describe some practical instances of how we make
our services self-managing, focusing on our distributed content delivery
and hosting services. I will also present a set of priorities that
I believe the research/development community should work on.
