Biography
Justin Brockman is an Applied Physics Ph.D. student at Stanford University. As part of his research with SpinAps at Almaden, he plans to grow and study new complex oxide materials using a state-of-the-art thermal evaporation chamber in Stuart Parkin's laboratory. This chamber is currently under construction, and Justin has recently joined the team of scientists and engineers working to set up this tool.

Before coming to Stanford and IBM, Justin earned a bachelors degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.
