Biography
Teddie Magbitang received his B.S. in Chemistry from San Jose State University in 1998. Prior to graduation Teddie joined the IBM Almaden Research Center under a joint San Jose State/IBM undergraduate research program working on a project dealing with low molecular weight, chain-extendable oligomers for high performance electronic packaging applications. Upon graduation, Teddie joint the Advanced Organic Materials group at the Almaden lab as a development product engineer. He is actively involved in developing ultra low-k dielectric insulators for BEOL applications, porous organosilicates for optical, photonic and biologicial applications as well as materials for Probe Media Storage and printed circuit board (PCB) technology. Teddie is the author and co-author of 11 US patents and 50 publications and presentations.
