The opportunities in the Science and Technology function include a number of special programs that involve research in our labs in collaboration with our scientists. Some of these positions come with stipends or awards. Stipends are also available for eight week programs for teachers to participate in research at Almaden and to use their experience here to improve course curricula. Teachers participate in the same research projects as students.
