Virtual Backpacking

This is a virtual backpacking trip to Kings Canyon National Park. Actually the trip wasn't virtual but this simulation is. And...erm..it's not really a backpacking simulation but rather a high speed fly-over. Well anyway, check it out.

There is an overview image (JPEG,130 kB) Rae Lakes Enlarged JPEG View (GIF version, 365 kB) which was taken with the camera looking North-East towards the Sierra crest. The movie Rae Lakes Movie (667 kB) follows the famous "Rae Lakes Loop".
